I've posted this here before with no luck but I'll try again. I have an Edge EZ and a TST PM3 stacked together. Running hybrid HX35 w/14cm exhaust housing, stock injectors, Banks air horn, 4" Monster exhaust, AFE stage 3 filter, Torque convertor and valve body in auto transmission. My EGTs will go thru the roof (1400+) at WOT with the TST above 5. Boost gauge goes to 30lbs and stays there. Have checked intercooler boots, closed waste gate and replaced MAP and IAT sensors. Fixed a small air horn leak. Cruising at 80 on hwy EGTs run 750 to 1000 depending on grade with box on 5. I'm at a loss as to why the high EGTs. Any new ideas??????? Truck is an 01 2500 4WD with 47RE.

No expert here but I'd say your turbo is not enough. Probably HX-40 or something at least larger than the HX-35/14. Your altitude is pretty low (if you are in Mesa) so that ain't it.

I could peg my pyro with my comp on and DD1s... but that was at 7200'.

Thats odd because with mine empty I will see 1400 but I have to be hammered and shifting hard. Towing is another story, I got a lot of ponies under the hood but I dont have the hay and water to feed them!! :-laf :-laf :-laf
