Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) EGT's, What's High?

Just put EGT and boost guage in my 97 in preparation for the TST uprate. This is an EGR equipped 12 valve auto and I am getting about 1100 degrees at full throttle, 20lbs boost, is this about right for a STOCK 180 HP model?

essound shy high, i put a non egr manifold on m truck and plated the exhaust manifold, this helped quite a bit. as more air flow. ... ... just my . 02

I notice from your sig you have a DTT transmission, what did that cost and where can I get one?

Cost of the complete transmission job varies from shop to shop and what you're having done to the transmission... .



My Dad got his DTT transmission done HERE. I'm having Scott at Massdiesel do my DTT transmission too in a couple of weeks.



Massdiesel is one of many shops that does DTT transmission work, Bill Kondolay of DTT can point you in the direction of a shop nearest to where you are.

I got my transmission from bill k, if skilled you can install it yourself, or ou can pay to have i installed..... price wise its not my product so i cant really give you a price but..... yo can call bill at 18665044002 and he will help you out, my opinion s dtt is the way to go excelant custome service comes with it! 2 thumbs up for me good luck Jered
