I put on the TST on my 600 with the 48re on level 3-3 before i can get to 60 mph it is reading 1390 and defueling. I have the AFE proguard 7 and Donaldson 4" straight thru exhaust. What else can i do so i can make a full run on a 1/4 mile with this thing. Boost never goes over 30 psi either. I am gonna clean my filter tonight. Thanks Kevin

i rechecked some fittings and found the elbow off the hose was loose i am waiting for my airfilter to dry and will drive it again to see if that made a difference. Thanks

What I had to do is just wollow out the little bleed off hole VERY SLIGHTLY on the elbow by the adjuster screw to get boost to about 35-36 lbs. With the stock 600 W/G set up you will run 40+ lbs and thats a big no no!

I have 600, just added aFe Magnum Force Stage II air intake, aFe Torque Tube, and Predator Stage II. My EGTs hit 1450 WOT if I stay in it. I dont have the control box option that de-fuels at set EGT. This is up to me.

My boost will now peg about 38 psi and drop quickly and stay at 30 psi.

I hope to get exhaust system in by this weekend. Not sure what it will be. May just go with Donaldson muffler also. That should help my EGTs some.

I am going to the track this weekend. I am going to stay on it through the 1/4 at least one time to see what the EGTs go to. Have been told that 1450 for short burst shouldn't hurt. Scares the h3ll out of me though.

Yeah I can understand about not wanting to go past 1450-1500 for to long. Ive hit 1550 once or twice. I know of some 3rd gens that have been into the 1800's in the 1/4 with no problems to date.
