Just finished installing a Jacobs brake tonight. After driving around empty with the comp on 1, I noticed the Egt's climb way faster than before and seem to top out 100-150 higher. I am wondering what is going to happen when I hook up the 5ver. Before I could tow with the comp on 1 with no egt problem. But if the temps are 100-150 higher empty, I might have to leave the comp off till I can get a Pdr35. Anyone notice significantly higher temps with a turbo mounted brake?
