Just replaced the shocks on my stock 2016 2500. I know Billstein make a good shock, but the 4600 are blue and yellow. I opted for Eibach they are black and look better on my black truck. Made in USA and they are as good of a ride as the bill steins I used to have on my 04.

You could have gone with the 5100’s as they are designed for stock up to a 2” lift. They are black and silver.

Same exact shock as the 4600’s.

When I checked online all the 5100's for my 2016 said front 2 to 2.5 inch lift and rear 0 to 1 inch lift.
Happy with my choice so.

I've been around here since 02 and this is the first time I can recall hearing about Eibach. Their OEM replacement is a nice looking shock, better then blue and yellow for sure and they have good specs too.

"NOTE: The Bilstein 5100 Series shock absorber is recommended for Dodge Ram trucks with up to a 2" leveling kit installed on the suspension, but will fit stock height trucks."

Thanks for the info. Will keep Billstein in mind for next time around.
Have to say so the OEM's where done with 97k kilometres ( around 60k miles).
However the Eibach's are sweet and improved the ride.

According to their website, Dodge didn't exist until 1991, probably why I've never heard of them. I'm use to dealings with Old Trucks and Muscle Cars from the 60's & 70's. I'm sure they put out a fine product, I've just never heard of them before, that's why I had to look. Always on the lookout for new products & options!
