I cant email Robin?!?!?!

All except Jersey, dern crooks.

Maybe this is a sign that the American people will not stand for the Socialists, er, I mean Democrats, shenanigans any more!

As long as Daschle is not the big cheese in the Senate any more, I am happy.

Time to drill, baby!!!

:D Oo.

Here in NC, in the most expensive Senate mudslinging race in the country, the Senate seat vacated by Jesse Helms has been won by Elizabeth Dole, the Republican candidate.

One of Clinton's old buddies, Erskine Bowles, ex-Chief-of-Staff under Billy-boy, was the loser. The ads got so bad we stopped watching local TV stations.

Well as far as California goes. I heard that that state is turning more and more Republican. Also that the Davis would have been beat by anyone but the one running against him. I say it is time for Arnold Schwartzenager to run for Gov. of Kalifornia. Or maybe for Senate.

Oh, I almost forgot. WaaaaaHoooo. There is something to be said for common sense. Except for New Jersey, and New York.

Though I'm also a Republican through and through, they are now going to have to put up or shut up. There certainly won't be any more blaming the "other side" for things that don't go right. I'm hoping they'll make it work.

I agree, but we will still need the token 9 Democrat Senators to get things through.

Our Union backed Bushes energy bill BIG TIME, wich was shelfed by the Demos, I wonder if it goes through, if the Union will return the favor and back him next election.

Still lets say things do go good, and the country is doing great, do you think the press will let up one second, telling us how bad off we are?

There is one problem!

Here in PA, we have elected a Clinton apologist, the failed ex-mayor of Philadephia, as our Governor. :{ :{ I'm packing my bags!!!

Overall, though, it was a good night. Considering what history and the pundits predicted, I think these results rival 1994 when Clinton and his policies were soundly rejected. Oo. Oo.

Not in WA....

All did not go well in the People's Republic of Washington State... . :( Still as liberal as ever, if not even more so!:{ :{ I wanna move out of this state! Nothing but a bunch of liberal, environmentalist WACKOS!!!!#@$%! #@$%! #@$%!

Please help me..... :{ :{

Patty Murray, Maria Cantwell..... need I say more?:{

I agree with you, DEZLPWR, that this is a miserably liberal state. I live in Port Angeles, so I think we have the same U. S. Representative, Norm Dicks. The guy is a panderer. If he weren't a politician he would be arrested by the vice squad. Still, we did defeat a 9-cent per gallon gas tax, a 1% increase in the car sales tax, and an increase in weight fees for trucks. The money raised by this referendum would have gone mainly to improve Seattle freeways, and subsidize the ferries and light rail.

And here's another positive thing: this is a great place to live.

If you will... cast your blinders aside and open your narrow little minds for a moment and glance southeast. Florida voted Jeb in for a second term. Our attorney general all the way down to our lowly school board is Republican. They weren't elected because they're Republican. They were elected because they're conservative. Elected by Republicans and Democrats alike. Just over 40% of registered Democrats are still conservative and capable of thinking.

Our Democratic offering for governor was a cheesy lawyer who couldn't manage to comb his hair or straighten his shirt. At his rally he had Janet Reno and Bill Clinton pulling for him. Pun intended. The conservative voters of Florida both Republican and Democrat voted with open eyes and the results are in. I had thought of voting for McBride until I watched him on the tube. I wish Jeb the best and look forward to the next four years. :D

Greetings from New York. The only ones to vote for Mcall were from the four liberal counties that dominate New York politics. Most people in other couties have "paychecks" not drawn from welfare. Give a wild guess - Kings ( Brooklyn) New York ( Manhatten) , Bronx ( think of the cheer) and a slim Mcall majority in Queens. Being thet I work at a Nuke plant, I am glad the worst of the crazies are staying out of the government. At least for another two years. I can furthur concentrate on doing things right at the plant and not on job prospects.

Radixr,

I was hoping to forget about that, thanks buddy. :(

One good thing Rendell did, was on Hardball, he said Gore should give up his recounts, he lost!

Steve M,

Right on the money!

I wouldn't vote for Stacked and Jacked either, but what was he running for?

I know I voted for Mike Fisher for governor yesterday, I was talking with my dad over dinner, we agree that pittsburgh and a philly should secede from PA, they are 2 of three democrat counties in PA!

I used to like Rendell but I don't much care for his gun stance. I voted for Fisher too pretty much knowing he never had a chance. One thing though. Rendell is walking into one tough time to be gov. Likely to leave a sour taste for his party when he does not get much done. Not that I wish it that way but I don't see how he is going to create hight tech high paying jobs with the flood gates to China wide open and the economy generally in the bucket.

OMG Rendel as governor? I was seriously planning to move there, but it'll have to be put off for now. :(

How do you like the way we got Lousyberg? Your candidate is not sellable... . the dems knew this for a looong time, but waited till just a few weeks before the election (dont know the exact amount of days, but well under the minimum the law allows) to play the bait and switch. Ahhh gotta love the politics in NJ.

Eric

Out here we lost big time. Every bond measure passed.

Lois Capps re elected.

More taxes.

I understand about Washington state. Lots of socialists from here moved up there, including some of my idiot relatives. Socialism is like a cancer you know, it spreads fast.

Please note however that no laws will be repealed, so the net gain will actually be zilch.

If a democrat poops on the sidewalk and later a republican covers it, it remains on the sidewalk, ready to be stepped on.

Only if the republican removes the poop has the problem been rectified. throwing flowers on the sidewalk will not help.
