Ouch is right! The rest of us will take your word on this Lhotka, there is nothing like the voice of experience!

Lhotka,

We are coming to drill for oil! Turn your radio up, it will be noisy!

If I were a R Senator, in a sate with a Deocrat Governor, I would watch my back, all they need is a few ""accidents" and they will appoint a LIberal to that seat.

Pretty scary, but the Clinton years show us this can happen.

I vote for the best man, or woman as the case may be. The problem with the Democratic canidates in my state is lack of brains. We had one state rep who walked into a polling place and began shaking hands with the election officials! At that point he lost my vote and I hope they hang him up by his cohones.

If the Democrats had a decent canidate I would vote that side of the fence. If this trend continues the independant party is going to have a goodtime next election. All they have to do is have a platform of better economy, a good idea how to do it, a person with character, and they have won. Its about time... .

It is time for all the Republicans to perform now. If they don't come through with something, they can kiss their bu11s goodbye for awhile. No mo whinning!!!!!!!! It looks like my retirement partys been canceled until I turn 70!!!!!! Time for me to whine!:(

Could be worse. You could have Sheila Jackson Lee as your rep. "Hey would you drive that Mars rover over to where Neil Armstrong planted the flag... " :D

I apologize for my odd sense of humor

What I said was not very nice. I apologize to anyone who has a body piercing.

I thought it was hilarious. I tend to agree with you - about the body piercing thing that is.

To me, stalemate means less money spent through new programs being passed.

They will always waste money (their salaries), but not as near as much as when they can all agree on something.

The Republicans will agree with the Democrats on some things just to placate them with our tax dollars.

It's a lose/lose situation for us taxpayers, just a matter of a how much they are able to get passed.

I'm as conservative as they come and don't trust any of them.
