Has anyone installed a Trac Rite in a newer RAM with the center axle disconnect? Most of the vendors only list up to the 2013 or so. Does the newer 2013-up 12 bolt AAM 9.25 have the same spline count at 33?

Torque King lists one up to the current.

Next question - is it strong enough for the 'weak' cummins in the 2500? I'll probably only use it to get un-stuck in mud or sand, no rock crawling.

Is the front differential on your 2021 Ram 2500 an open differential? If yes and you do any off roading then that would be reason enough for me for an upgrade but to be weighed against the possible warranty issues for sure. However, my preference would be an Eaton Detroit Trutrac over any electrical or air locker. Totally mechanical, open when you don't need it, locked when you do, and Eaton's literature boldly states that other components in the drivetrain will give out long before the differential. I did a quick search and, like you, didn't find anything for a 2021 Ram 2500. I'm not familiar with the newer trucks but would probably want to know if there were any changes to the differential from 2013? Finally, I would get on the phone with Eaton to find out if they have plans for a Trutrac (or an electrical locker if that's what you want) for your truck. It just seems the aftermarket manufacturers take a while to catch up on offerings for the newer trucks.

I have also looked and not seen much, I have to wonder if it’s due to CAD coming back in 13.

The true trac LSD would be my choice for the front as well. The helical gear design is perfect for the front.

The 2014-up front axle on the 2500/3500 has the CAD. So, the diff needs to be open in 2WD. There was supposed to be a change in the 2019-up axle. Most Mfgs. list only up to 2018. I thought the spline count changed.
But, now I see that ARB has changed their catalog for the RD254 to include up to 2021. So, the spline count must have stayed at 33 teeth. This is probably how I'll go. I have a 2021 2500 short bed that will see some use on muddy/sandy roads and a front locker could really help. Not rock crawling. Nothing to hook a winch to.
Also, getting a 3500 Cab & Chassis this year that will have a frame mounted camper. It will also see mud and sand.

I had ARB Air lockers in the past, it is a very appealing unit. But I had more then once problems with the (air) seals inside the unit. And ripped off the airline on the outside to through brushes.
Now I'm using the True Trac with great results, I've never been stuck with it. LOL

I've heard of problems with the air seal on the ARB. I think it was changed or upgraded. Most research shows this to be the strongest unit.
I'm hoping with the CAD, the wear on the air seal won't be as much of a problem. Since most of the time it will be not moving.
