Ordered it up this morning. Too bad the motors apart right now, i'd love to see how it works.

No. One DHRA event a year is not enough to build a truck to, its fine for all local pulls.

How would you wire that? into a switch on the dash?

I plan on wiring it to a relay hot always with the key on.



i ran an electric fan last season on a switch on the dash. never really needed the fan unless i wanted to cool down fast for a rehook.

Depends how much you like blowing out freeze plugs. It was well worth the money in my mind.

The price is about current with an aftermarket electric water pump and would be much cleaner install.

just trim the pump, or put in a pressure relief system. There are some other options.

The best thing about that pump is you could run it and the fans at the same time and cool the engine down quicker for pull offs. The other pumps mount in different locations and some take adaptors for hose size. This thing would bolt right in it appears.

We would need a reroute the serpentine belt with a smaller one.



How do you think that would work out??

Not sure how much they want for it but had I seen that last year I might have went that route, looks way easier.



You can get the belts in different sizes at NAPA. I got the closest one and had to make a little spacer for the alternator to get it tight.
