I wish I could add insight here, because right now I am having the exact same problem. This is on the club cab w-350 I have. Other weird electrical problems that I have are, the horn is unplugged because when you plug it in and use it it works fine, until after a few times, it blows out the running lights fuse
, my stereo has an amp that drives the two subwoofers I have in the back, at first, I thought this was the amp, now I am not sure, but when it is cold out, the amp acts like it isn't getting a signal to turn on, or has an internal problem that does not let it turn on, and get this folks the amp turns off when I use my turn signals, then turns back on after a moment. Oh, another one, if you run the power windows up or down and hold the button, the dash lights glow brighter like a surge #@$%!
I have cleaned all of the grounds, checked the connector on the computer, cleaned it, I just don't know what is up, I hope that it isn't just two of us with electric nightmares, but it is annoying to have to wait, to get the wait to start light to work.
Thanks,
Russell
