I was using a test light under the dash and while into a pink and black wire slipped and touched some metal. I've shorted something out and now the truck will not start. When you turn on the ignition it seems to go through the normal stuff like the pump running and lights cycling but when you try to start the truck it does nothing. Will not turn over. Also the power windows will not run. There is a blue box plugged into the circuit breaker panel that makes a quiet clicking when the ignition it on. I've checked all the breakers. I'm hoping there is something common to this problem that some one out there knows about. I'd love any ideas.

This is a 99 truck if that makes any difference.

thanks

Look at fuse #3 (20amp) and #9 (10 amp in the Power distribution center on the driver side fender well under the hood. bg

Thanks guys, It did turn out to be the "30 Amp Ignition Run" fuse in the PDC. Checked it twice before I entered this tread. You guys got me looking again. Didn't look burned out. I had to open the fuse to figure it out. Problem solved. Thanks again!
