2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission electrical issue

I've got a 94 dodge 3500. Hooked to a trailer today and took off down the road. All lights and brakes were working at the time. I notice every time I hit the brakes, I could smell something smoldering, then I noticed some smoke coming out of the dash. At this time my lights and brakes were still working. I pulled off the side of the road and started taking the dash apart. My marker lights and trailer lights all went out and I can't seem to get them back on. I've checked the fuses, but none are blown. Anyone got any ideal what the problem can be.

Maybe a fried headlight switch?

If you havent done anything with the headlight switch, I believe theres a factory TSB for a fix or replacement. . Check out dodgeram.org for more info.



The switch has a problem of melting the connector pack when high loads are drawn through it. I`m pretty sure theres an updated switch
