1st, specs:1992 Dodge D250 extended LE Cummins TD, 30k miles, A518 AT. Only mod is a Banks exhaust. Problem: while I was driving along the truck just died. I noticed that there were no gauge readings and the radio did not work. The buzzer works. Blinkers do not work but hazard flashers do. I've chkd all the fuses in the block w/ohm tester & all look good. The only other thing I could think of is a fusible link. I tested w/ohm tester between postive battery and the bulkhead connector on the firewall. I found one lead that start @ 20k ohms and then went to 100k in 5 seconds. I'm going to try to jump this one to test if this is the problem. Any other thoughts would be welcome.

Cabody, I had the same problem wiht my 93, a fusible link opened,I had to hotwire the truck to get home,I would check the circuit that the fusible link opened on for high current draw as a short etc. Hope this helps. Rick.
