The other day I noticed that my clock on my radio was not right , it was off by a couple of hours ,so I reset it. Then a few days later the same thing happened when I was backing out of the garage, so I reset it again and my radio station was different than when I parked it.

Then today we went out to the store and stopped @ Bob Evans to eat, the rastaurant was too crowded and left. When I got to the truck I hit my keyless entry button and guess what, the doors didn't unlock and the lights didn't flash like it usually does. I figgured the battery in my key ring thingy was dead and my wife tried hers, same thing! Well the doors were not locked from when we parked it I guess because when I pulled the handle all of the doors were unlocked .

I stuck the key in the ignition and started the truck and then noticed there was no clock and the radio would not work. I turned it off and tried to do a self diagnostic test and it would not do that ither! So I started the truck went to a couple of drive thru's and while I waited I tried the test again and on the second test everything started working again. I got this from my test-C CODE, 67 22, 43 03

Anybody got any idea's?

Sorry so long of a post.

From the service manual for an '03:

If there is

stored fault information, two sets of two-digit alpha

and alpha-numeric fault codes will appear in the

odometer display for a three second interval. The

first pair of digits represents a Diagnostic Trouble

Code (DTC), or fault code for the instrument cluster.

The second pair of digits is a counter for the number

of ignition key cycles that have occurred since the

displayed DTC was set. The instrument cluster will

continue to display additional sets of two pairs of digits

at three second intervals until all of the stored

codes have been displayed, which is again signaled

by a code of “00” “00”. Refer to the Instrument Cluster

Failure Message table for a description of each

fault code that the instrument cluster displays. If an

instrument cluster fault is displayed, use a DRBIIIt

scan tool to diagnose the problem. Refer to the appropriate

diagnostic information.

Now when I refer to the table to look for the codes you gave, I could not find a 43, but I did find a 67. It reads: All door unlock output circuit shorted to ground

or voltage.

I vaguely remember getting a code 67 on my truck at one time. I don't have the remote entry so I didn't notice any issues, I was just checking codes because I can. I wasn't too concerned about it because like I said, I didn't have any issues.

Sorry I can't be of more help. Maybe this will give you something to start with though.
