electrical problems in my future?

my 06 dually is beginning to have some odd electrical problems. about 6 months ago my tach started jumping around at idle some times it would read the normal idle of about 650rpm other times it reads 200rpm. stating about a 2 weeks ago now my tach says my truck now idles at 200rpm. and now two other problems have started. sometimes when i turn the left turn signal on the right one comes on instead. also for about 3 days straight last week i could not start the truck with the key i had to put the key in the run position and get under the truck with a wire and jump the solenoid. i don't want to take the truck in as all the dealers around me don't do good work. i am at a loss of what to do other then wait for something to fail. for me that usually happens in the middle of nowhere with no cell signal. any ideas?

I know the signal problem is the switch. Has to be replaced. The others I have heard about here. Post problems in engine and trans post and people will have the answers for you. Hope that helps
