After continued complaints from users regarding not getting email notifications and the server logs showing them as being refused I've researched the issue further and have now discovered what the problem is. Back in 2000 a company registered a string of IP address that they were going to use in house. Some other company stole those IP's to use on the net and then later sold those addresses. Our host facility bought a bunch of those without being aware that they were stolen IP's. The previous company that had stolen the IP's had used them to send lots of SPAM and the IP's have now made it into the black list services and since they are stolen IP's there's no way to get them off. Our host is now aware of the situation and is working on getting new IP addresses for all of their clients (multiple 1000's) and expectes to have a new IP address for us in approximately 30 days. Once they get that new address the servers will be moving to that new IP and the problem should go away. Thanks in advance for your patience.

The IP change has been made and I'm just waiting for it to propogate across all of the DNS servers before I turn off the old IP address. I finished it yesterday and it's already going to the new IP address here today (69. 61. 23. 10). If you do a tracert from your PC to www.turbodieselregister.com you can tell whether your DNS server has been updated - if it goes to 139. 81. 139. 106 it hasn't updated yet, if it goes to 69. 61. 23. 10 then it has been updated. Let me know if you start receiving them or not.
