Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Emission test results with M4, HRVP44, and Catcher...

I thought many of you would be interested the results from my last emission test:



60 MPH: 11%

50 MPH: 8%

40 MPH: 6%



These results were obtained with everything seen in my signature below, but with the TST turned off. The emission test was ran in Longmont, CO at 5000+ ft elevation.

What are the limits to pass, and the average numbers?

I passed with a large margin. To my knowledge, the only thing that is tested here in CO is opacity of the exhaust. The limit is either 20% or 30%.



BTW, last year I put my stock injectors back in before getting emissions tested and was about 1% lower on all readings. I should also add that this year I ran in 4th gear, last year I ran in 5th gear.

Although that is limited testing compared to what could be tested, it's still good to hear you passed so easily, and with those nice mods done!

used the smarty

I used my smarty on program for 1/2 power :-laf ... Opacity 0. 2 The tech must of thought my truck was a dog when he drove it through the lot and into the bay.
