I have only lived in Maryland for 6 months and I am wondering about the emissions inspection process. I have a few questions:

1. Are diesel's exempt?

2. I understand the the tests are every two years, what do they check for?

3. Has anyone here gone through the process before, and if so, did you have after market accessories? Did they pass or fail you?

I have read the Maryland VEIP website and it is a joke. They do not provide any usable information for people with Diesels.

Thanks

Phil

Ahhh... I see you have a DTT. did you get it installed in Maryland?? If so, what shop did ya use? I live in Forest Hill in Harford county. My truck is white and has black tough country running boards headache rack and tool box.

You will probably see me around.

THANK GOD!! for no emissions!!

Thanks
