Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Emjay Controller. Help with P1763

I installed the Emjay Strategy and I'm having a tough time figuring out what I need to adjust to keep from throwing P1763. I've been trying to get a hold of support from Emjay but I've had no luck getting a response. Any guru's out there that can lend some advise? The documentation seems to pertain to an older software version.
