What a thread!! Ok, so what about the 48re? What would this do "for" the operation of my transmission? And with the features already in it would it need converter and valve body modification by ATS or DTT? So far it looks like it is only for the 47re. Just for interest sake - I will not be making any changes that would void the warranty for a while at least.

Not meaning to step on any toes here, but there is no ultimatum posted here! There is not grandstanding posted here! There is quite a bit of knowledgable information here. The information that is needed by people to make an informed decision - not to be swayed by childish rhetoric. Bill publically put money on the line. I would have accepted the challenge without any "prize" except for a public appology - this was Bill's BET, not mine. I don't recall you shutting down any of those posts...

What part of this was not courteous and professional?? Oh, and in case you didn't know, I'm not a vendor... Just little'ol'me with a rather large voice, and plenty of information to share. I bet myself that those posts would be removed - amazing how this free-speech thing works.



Now, I put it to you, Robin, Power Wagon, etc... Are you going to go in and remove the posts by Bill and Stephan regarding this topic? They post rhetoric, challenges, LIES, and trash - I answer with common knowledge, and I get shut down. All persons reading this have the God given and Constitutional right to all points of view, including mine. You have my email address - you have my phone number.



You should at least put back the part about the ATS patent. It's information that is needed to counteract all of the un-truths posted by some...



I would enjoy chatting with you, offline so as not to break any rules here.

I read your post before it was removed, and saw nothing but straight forward good information. I pay to belong to the TDR for that very reason. Good Information, I want to see and hear all sides of the story.

And yes I have ordered the EMJAY controller from Mike, back in December.

Joel could you repost that information on the ATS site for all to see

This is my read on this thread:



Company E invents a device which works great and fulfills a need.

Company D is early-on offered the device.

Company D refuses for it's own reasons.

Company A buys one of the devices, tests it, thinks it is great and makes

a deal with Company E to market it.



Company A & Company E come out ahead.



Company D falls behind.



This is just my take. For the record I have a 47RH which has been thoroughly ATS'd by ATS.

When I ordered mine back in December, I asked Mike the same question, and was told yes.

I'm sure that sense ATS is now the exclusive dealer, you may have to go through Clint at ATS for warranty or dissatisfaction claims, but I'm certain that Clint will stand behind every product that he sells.
