Emmisions testing in Kleberg Co. Texas?

Just curious what they do as far as emmissions testing in Kleberg County, Texas? Thanks

As far as I know, there is no diesel emissions testing in Texas. Gassers get checked where I live (part of the D/FW metroplex), but not diesels.

So do they do things like make sure you have a muffler? Or is a turbo enough?

No diesel emissions testing in Texas. I've also had my truck inspected many time with no muffler in Harris County(Houston) and have never encountered a problem.
