Empty plug

Quick question, I noticed a 2 pin female plug attach to the front crossmember below the radiator, What is it for? I was thinking foglights?

Fog Lights

Yeah thats what I think that they are for. My truck has a plug on the cross member on each side of the truck roughly where the fog light would go if I had them.
