Engine blanket

About nine months ago (or so), there was talk about an engine blanket that would reduce engine noise. Someone was working on a prototype. Since then, I have not heard a thing. Anyone know what happened?

A fellow NW BOMBer has the complete set of ATP products installed on his Ram... including a custom made (by ATP) exhaust system/muffler blanket for his Espar heater. Heck, the only thing quieter now is a V10. #ad

I believe he also said they are currently working on a oil pan blanket for him.

Actually, the ATP products are VERY WELL made, in fact, they look like the could be used for BOMB (no pun intended) containment blankets.

There is only one down side though, if you're going for the "if it don't go, chrome it" look in your engine bay, it sure doesn't shine like chrome or polished stainless steel. #ad
