After 2003 Dodge, in their infinite wisdom (read: stupidity) decided NOT to include the block heater cord. The heater is present, but you have to buy the cord either from them (for a large markup) or from Cummins for $11. My point is, you have the heater but maybe not the cord. If you need a cord, I urge you to buy it from Cummins so we don't encourage this kind of behavior from Dodge.
