Engine block heater

I know this question has already been asked. But is there anyone out there that knows where the block heater cord is supposed to plug in at? Also, if anyone does. How is it supposed to be routed?

behind the oil filter there is a silver cap that unscrews an you plug the one end of the block heater cord in righ there. i routed mine along the frame an then zip tied it up behind the bumper with enough slack to plug it in..... hope this helps

Your in FL... . what do u need to keep your cummins warm for:-laf the weather there is beautiful i bet... . use the money for a sun roof!!!Oo.
