Those engines sold on ebay by Al are common rail engines like Justin said. I purchased one from him last fall. I had never seen so many engines in one warehouse when I picked it up. It's in the worst part of Toledo, unmarked factory, entrance down the alley, single garage door and no windows. Glad I had brought my Ruger with me. Good guy to deal with, apparently they buy all of the left over engines from Dodge right off the assembly line when the model changes. However, he can't tell you this officially. Matter of fact, the chrysler symbol on each nameplate has white out on it LOL. I was even able to walk down the rows of engines and handpick the one I wanted, some were missing the APPS. They wrap them with plastic and strap a heavy box over the engine which is mounted on a palate(sp?).
