Is the exhust out let at the turbo the same size between a 98 and an 02? I want to switck my 4" exhaust and pac break from my 98 12 valve to my 02 24 valve. Also will goose neck hitches interchange between these years, are the frames the same in the mounting area. Shocks?

The hitch will work, if the brake is turbo mount you will have problems. Shocks are same in front, I don't know about the rear.

The exhaust brake mounts differently between the two years. I also think the hole size in the butterfly flap is different.

The turbo outlet in the ISBs is only 3" (HX35 or HY35). The exhaust brake for these trucks is only a 3" elbow.

If you have a 4" brake, that means you can support a larger turbo exhaust housing (16cm or larger).
