If I understand your response correctly, you are saying that Dodge dealers DO have the capability to readout the ECM. But reading between the lines, you seem to imply that the ECM/dealer read equipment measures only a limited number of operating parameters or is not very effective?
I don't really think anything is wrong with my truck, I was just curious because I've read a number of posts by owners reporting or suspecting that their power and fuel economy were down and looking for solutions. If the dealer reads the ECM and says, "there's nothing wrong with your truck" what do you do next?
