Engine data plate

Does anyone have a picture of there engine data plate they could post so I could send it to my parts guy and see What he can come up with on cylinder mine a 1998 24 valve but that shouldn’t matter correct ?

What's yours missing on driver side of timing cover? I'll take a snap of my 99.
Just checked wire harnesses blocks plate where data is. Pretty sure it indicates type "ISB", HP "215", that's @ flywheel. Has other info serial number etc. You should be able to use VIN# from dash or door jamb plate. If guy your working with says he can't use VIN call Dodge dealer, service department and give the VIN to them and they should be able to look up everything related, including info from eng data plate.

I’ll get it for you. However the engine was replaced once before I bought it

I have this front cover off one of my donor engines . Is there any difference between an automatic head and a manual transmission head can’t think there would be?? I will get the vin when I go to town off the other truck so we can see what it says thanks

I have to agree. I'd think the whole engine would be the same. ECM is most likely different between auto/stick and either pilot bearing or not.
