i was getting off the freeway and came to the light and my cummins died it will run but i have to keep my foot in it a little to keep it idleing just a little presure on the pedal before this happend i had a 4kgsk installed like back in aug. and since then it has been a little touchy on the throtle i am changing my fuel filter today any other suggestions thanks in advance

What is your idle rpm? My 12v'r is doing the same thing and it's around 500. There's an idle stop that you can adjust to bring up the idle speed. Either the power steering pump or air condinitioning will bring it down below the 500 and kill the engine. There's a TSB covering the idle speed adjustment.

Your idle should be at least 750 with the trans in gear and AC on. 800 is better. All you need to adjust the idle is a 10mm box end wrench.

thanks guys now i have another problem the bushing where the foot throtle and cruise control conect on that front lever the bushing is woren out and i cant find a replacement or how to take it off any more ideas thanks
