Engine Dipstick Weeping?

[HDH]

I have 72k on my CTD Now, And Have Noticed that I have my first small leak/weep. I think its coming from the point where the Dipstick tube connects into the block. Its right by the starter,So I thought it might be the crank case breather tube, But its not.
3k miles ago I did'nt have this problem. I like my Vehicles clean and dry both under and on top.
So has anyone seen this small problem.

I think there is an rubber O ring that seals the tube, it's probably hard or cracked and needs replacement.

I have'nt been on the board lately, Due to a Building project,I am buliding a Storage Shed to house a lot a "STUFF", Where this "STUFF" came from I have no idea. But I needed to clean out the 3 car Garage, So I can get two Rams and one 73 Z28/RS Camaro in it.

Doug. . two things you need to know. .
1. dust turns into things to store [all buy itself]
2. when you get married forget having a garage as the wife will need the whole house and your work space/ garage to store the important things like 10 year old worn out shoes and the old flower pot she will never use again [with the dirt still in it]
this is from some one who has gone to the thrift store to give "good stuff" away 2/3 times a year for the last 5 years and still has no room... .

Well, I pulled the Dipstick line/tubing off of the nipple near the starter, and there is NO O-ring?. So being that I had it already off, I applied a little black RTV on the nipple and re-attached the Dipstick tubing.
Let see if that works... .
