I cleaned everything out about twice a month, also got new condensor when it was damaged, along with intercooler, fan and rad. due to someone pulling out in front of me.

My buddy just pulled a heavy load up a steep hill and he had to downshift to 2nd gear to keep the water temp down. He heard the fan kick in at 200 deg but it didn't help. This truck has a new engine, new thermostat, new fan clutch, and new radiator. Someone please help. Thanx

Joel has anyone checked the temp of the coolant with the radiator cap off using another temp gauge? Doing this will verify that the truck temp gauge is accurate. We need to eliminate anything that is not wrong first.

After the truck is warm are there any bubbles coming out of the coolant reservoir? Head gasket?
