I was wondering if anybody has experienced this,I have changed antifreeze cleaned the radiator and it is running hot enough to keep the fan engaged, and when it idles it climes to 200 or more degrees.

Only thing that is different from last summer is the DD1s and the boost module and the DTT torque convertor and valve body,I only had the VA box last summer, know I am running both the DD1s and the VA,could this be the problem.

Pulling a load up a hill it could I could peg the needle if not carefull. .

Any info would be greatly appreciated...

DFoster, was it running hot before you changed the antifreeze and cleaned the radiator? If no, then need to make sure you've purged the air from the system and that your radiator cap is not leaking pressure, if yes, then what Murle and EMDDIESEL said, and might check the fan clutch to make sure you can't "free-wheel" it even when cold, or rock it perpendicular to the axis of the shaft :)

Well I found out what it was, right in front of the radiator it was filled with all kinds of crap, bugs, dirt mud all kinds of stuff,I got it cleaned all out and it is back to normal,I cant believe It didnt cover the intercooler and the air conditioning core, they were clean thats why I never looked behind them. . Well thanks for all the help... :D
