Engine loosing power

My engine is bogging going uphills in all levels of my Edge attitude. It is fine on light peddle but as soon as I get half or full is really lags. transmission seems great. The in-tank fuel pump should be fine as it is new. Could it be my CP3? Does it even sound like a fuel problem? Also no codes are thrown or any warning lights of any kind.

Yes it was the fuel filter. Much better. The best reaading on the Turbo was 24psi that I could see. I do remember that at one time it was around 30. Thanks Guys. What a great website.
