Engine miss update, Marine injectors?

I did some diagnosing and came to the conclusion the #3 cylinder was the one missing. I removed the injector tested and it was junk. The local diesel shop sold me a set of marine injectors, they really woke my truck up, but I still have a slight miss. I am thinking about removing my injection pump and installing the one off my 90 ctd. Will the two pumps interchange, and is there any adjustments I need to make? Thanks for your help, Jon

Yes they will interchange.
