Over the past couple days I have noticed the engine of my 04 3500 slightly missing or hiccuping at idle. This seems more noticable when the truck switches to a higher idle (I don't have the high idle enable flash, but the truck idles higher after a couple minutes, always has).

I just replaced the fuel filter on last service (2,500 miles ago). Always add Redline or Powerservice fuel additive with fuel. Have burned through a couple tanks of fuel from different stations.

If I remember correctly this has happened before, but rectified itself.

I have the Edge Juice w/Attitude and this happens in stock mode as well as level 1 and 2.

I have noticed that every once in awhile my truck will start to idle very roughly in both neutral and drive. Noticeable enough that my wife asked why the truck was shaking (could feel it in the steering wheel... ) I'm not sure if I'd call it a "miss", but it defintely is weird. Smooth as silk once you accelerate.

I havent been able to pin it down to anything because it is random (happens when cold or hot, empty or full tank, differnt fuel stations, additives or not, etc. . ) but each time it goes away on its own. I almost wonder if the computer is doing something behind the scenes that is causing it???

My step dads truck will from time to time, do the slight shake or miss kind of thing.

However, it has on two occasions, shaken very very badly at an idle. Like the shaking when the truck shuts off. But it was constantly doing that!!

The truck was never taken back to the dealer, and it now has 40,000 miles on it.
