I talked to my Napa and they had never heard of the PB classic part number!!!! They said it did not exist. I have heard that it will not be distributed on the WEST COAST. It is already in shelves on the east. Anybody want to send me some???

Well roperteacher your Napa man is not verry good. I jest put in for 8 gal. I was told it would be here in 4 weeks. Napa has jest sent an order to valvoline. Napa at Princeton IN. called Napa office thay said thay could get it.

Back to the subject... I have been exchanging emails with Kristin @ Blackstone labs. I asked if they hold tests until a check clears. The answer is that they do not. They are real humorous though!

I found out by mistake that 2 oil sample bottles fit PERFECTLY in a Velveta Cheese box!! When I sent my samples in they were so impressed they said they were going to add that piece of info to the website and send me more free sample kits... I just got 8 of them today!! LOLOL

Checks clear pretty fast anymore. There isn't much "float" to be had. You might get a day or two if you're really lucky, once it's banked.

Ashland INC. sent me a E_Mail telling me that the oil will not come 1GAL. it will come in 5GAL #591839 also 55GAL #591838 also 275GAL tote #591840 . I hope this will help people that is looking for premiun blue classic

You can catch some sample in a glass jar and hold it until the bottles arrive.

Velveeta cheese boxes,cheap!

Sampled fuel on a Jeep Liberty Diesel that smelled like gas and the fuel looked very dark and dirty. It ate through a Styrofoam cup in about 10 minutes. Suspected it might have some excessive Bio also. The test for gas was $97, but to confirm it was Bio was $400. Kind of expensive but compared to a new fuel system it was a cheap test. Needless to say DC denied it because it is only certified for 5% Bio. The entire fuel system was corroded and had debris that apparently was flushed out from the solvent properties of the Bio. That lady learned an expensive lesson about running high concentration of Bio and proper filtering. Maybe being "green" isn't all it's cracked up to be.

I finally did my PM today. Both sample kits showed up. I just have to write the check and send it out. I'm thinking about putting it in a small box to prevent scrutiny. Does anyone know if blackstone samples fuel?

I know they do gear oils... I'd call before I'd waste the postage. If they don't, they should be able to tell you who does!

I finally got Email results from Blackstone! Everything is real good except for 2% fuel. It's at the treshold. TBN was 8. 3. Comments were good. Thanks for everyone's input.
