I have my 1995 CTD w/nv4500 (was auto) out of the truck and on a pallet. The truck has only 130k miles and is going to get a few upgrades. I already have pyro and boost gauge and 5" exhaust installed. So here is the list of stuff I am buying from Piers:

370 injectors

4000 rp GSK w\ valve springs

?? cam plate (not sure, help)

overflow valve

ATS 3 piece manifold

16cm non-waste turbine housing

exhaust brake for 4" exhaust

5spd con o clutch

pump timing advanced 2 deg

some little valve thingy(forgot name)

KDP (for sure)

Should I also do the head gasket with a copper one while I have the engine out and maybe the cam?

Am I forgetting something else?

Any comments, since I am new to this power game?

I use this for towing my 10,000lbs trailer only not hotroddin' around, this CTD is going into my 1982 chev crewcab dually 4x4 with 11. 00R16 michelin XL tires

Should I step up and put a piers cam in since I have the motor out.

Any suggestions on what or what not to do while I have this motor out?

Thank you for your help in advance

Might as well do the cam & anything else you can think of/afford- it'll never be any easier to work on than now while it's out of the truck!

P. S. O-ring the head.
