Well, I mentioned in the other thread I had "bog oops found" that there would be some update pics. Well, this is where we finally got to. It has been 8 weeks because of machine shop delays, but the the thing is finally coming back together. :D

The first set of pictures were the assembly process out of the truck. To make the installation go a little easier the head was never actually installed till the engine went in. Here are some shots of the installation. Hope to fire this beast up very soon

Looking good lmills. Sure looks a lot better with paint on the motor huh?

The piece on the mains- is it the stock "bedplate" or an aftermarket addition?

That's a factory piece. All common rails are girdled from the factory :D

And oh yeh. There is no way I could put a crusty looking block like that back in this truck. :-laf

Oh yeh, the guy in the pic installing the ARP studs is Jim Peter, also known as Rams-N- Hogs. Thanks for the help tonight slipping it in Jim! You too Kretzer. :D

Looks good! Keep the pics coming.

Did you rebuild it to stock or do anything custom?

Stock bottom end and pistons. If you look at the one pic of the front of the engine you will see a bolt on Helix 2 cam with formula 1 springs to match :D. The CP3 remains stock, but can easily be modded later. Also, the factory charger is being ditched for a set of twins.

Oh yeh, he already had the usually boxes and 100 HP sticks.
