Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Engine Serial Number???

Trying to log onto Cummins Quick Serve,

Requests Engine Serial Number.



Says to look on Oil Cooler, ( oil filter mounted on it ?)

Try the number 7 didgit , does not work tryed all the numbers I could find.

Data plate on side of gear housing is foriegn ( Mexico block ),



Where's the serial number? Is it numbers , leters , cobo. ??? HelP?

Thanks, thats where I looked, the " Field ' identifer is in foriegn Language.
can't figure which one is SN, tried 2 sets of numbers, did not work.
Can anyone give me a sample sn...
