Because of a recent surgery (new hip) , my truck has been parked for almost (and Not started) for almost 2 1/2 months. My mobility is still limited to basic standing/walking but not much more than that. I did leave it with a Full tank of diesel in the hopes of reducing condensation.
Am curious if there are any special precautions I need take before firing her up. I was hoping on just "bumping the starter" a few times to help circulate the oil a bit before actual ignition.
Any input would be appreciated as I don't want to risk any unnecessary wear or problems with my Cummins.
