Do yourself a favor and get a Horton Clutch Fan. It really made the difference for me. When towing my 34' fifth wheel up a hill I can flip on the switch and I can actually watch my engine temp gauge drop. Maybe a little pricey but worth the money. Also to lower your EGT go with a Psycotty Air Filter. It lowered my EGT by 150 degrees. Good luck.
