Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Mine will hardly ever warm up just sitting and running or just running around town. If I get it on the interstate it will finally get up to temp and just cycle between 160* and 190* about every 1 min. I have tried a new Cummins t-stat, water pump, back flushed the entire system with no change. If I put a trailer behind the truck then it goes up around 190* and stays there. I would suggest that you buy a winter front and that may help.
