Engine Vibration

My 2005 3500 (84000 miles)has developed a strange vibration. You feel it in the steering wheel, and also a little if you hold on to something in the interior. It can be rolling, or parked, the engine runs fine, but it vibrates to the point your hands start to get numb a little. It feels like a truck with bad motor mounts, or something in contact from the engine to the body, I have looked at everything, maybe the vibration is traveling up the power steering hoses, I don't know, frankly I am about done with Dodge, every 6 months another issue pops up, the truck is well cared for. I am going to change the fuel filter tomorrow, it's only been 8000 miles on this one, and I always buy fuel at big stations, that may be the problem, it's a mystery, any ideas, thanks

Manual or auto trans? If manual could be dual mass flywheel.

48RE, Goerend installed 20,000 miles ago, no issues I am aware of.
