engine with a rough vibration at idle

this is a wierd one! it's only happned to me a couple of times. i started my truck up yesterday and it cranked a few times more then usual before starting. then the truck will vibrate more the usual in idle. netural is the same. exhaust temps seemed a bit high when driving. although feels normal soon as i get moving. drove it 75 highway miles and got to my destination and it seemed fine,idleing normal with no vibration. i'm using stydynine almost every fill up. any ideas? thanks... . james i also noticed a diffrent tone coming from the exhaust. almost like a flutter. wierd... .

Sounds like you might have a bad injector. You can have a dealer run the injector kill test to determine which one it is.
