Archived engine wont crank

I changed the fuel filter in my 01' dodge cummins &now it wont crank. Lift pump is new . I dont hear the buzz I normally hear when I turn the key. what could be wrong? injector pump?

Check fuses and electrical connections,



Try bleeding injector and fuel lines.

What does "won't crank" Mean? Starter will not turn the motor over? Or it just won't start?

the motor will turn over but wont crank

No crank usually means the starter won't turn the engine. That different from a no start where the starter will turn the engine but it won't fire.
