I was wondering if anyone on here was from Enid, OK, or the surrounding area. I need a little help.

But I haven't lived there in 15 years. What do you need? Maybe I can help.

I am heading out to Vance AFB in June. I will be taking 2-3 of my horses out there and am trying to find a place to keep them. I really would like to rent a house or something that I can keep them right there, even if I have to put up my own pens. I will board them if I have to though. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Well, I can't help you much with that. Here is a link to the Enid newspaper classifieds, but there was only one rural property for rent. Enid News Maybe you could put an ad in the services wanted.



Waukomis would be a great place, if you can find rental property there. Vance is on the South side of town, and Waukomis is just 5 mi. South of Vance.



Sorry, I couldn't help you. Everyone I know in Enid is City folk.

Thanks, I have actually been checking that paper daily. That property might work, I talked to the lady but she wasn't very helpful. I have a few other contacts there. I guess I am just going to have to get lucky. I am heading out there in a week to look for a place. Again, thanks for the help.
