Eric just does not have time to monitor the forums as he's just swamped most days. Between the phones and the installations, it's just tough to get back to everyone. I know he gets hundreds of e-mails a day and tries not to mis one. I can tell you that if you don't hear from him, his spam filter most likely tossed the e-mail out. Otherwise, we just goofed!



And I am sure I don't make life any easier on him either.



Best thing to do is call the shop or if you want to give me a shout, feel free to use the phone number in my sig.
