Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) error codes...truck seems fine

I have the following engine codes come up... PPCU, P0460, P1693. The truck seems to run fine. Should I notice a problem? I have a Bully Dog Torque Dog 2... just another version of a VA I believe. I also have a boost elbow installed. Any input would be helpful. Thanks.

The 1693 just notes that a code was set. The 0460 is fuel tank level gauge sender "no change over miles"
