Espar heater issues

Update, Espar finally got me the parts to fix my heater and I installed everything back on the truck last night and it is up and working again. Aparently things go fairly well if you can avoid calling the tech services in Canada as they know nothing of customer service or follow through. Mike at Espar (in Michigan) got everybody on the same page and things happened. Just goes to show that sometimes you just need to get in contact with the right person in the know. If anyone out there has issues and needs good Espar help contact me and I'll forward you Mike's information. Thanks all.

I'm glad my heater is working too! It's -25 here today but it's toasty warm inside my truck. :-laf

Espar is aluminum, Webesto is not, Ilearned the hard way and found you should mount in the weather proof box they offer. Keeps it like new. I have a new one for sale on e-bay with a new seven day timer. I have had them for over a decade, any problems is like working on a RC . 049 engine!
